Total Body Workout
This was designed to be done in a gym, but can absolutely be modified for an at home workout as well.
Warm Up:
10 minutes in the sauna
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Dumbbell dead-lift to goblet squat
Overhead press
Upright row
Bulgarian split squats
Russian twists
Weighted side bends
Finish:
10 minutes in the sauna
If you are wanting to do this at home, replace the sauna with a 1 minute jump rope, jumping jacks, or a quick jog!
I do this 3-5 times, doing 10-12 reps each round
I do use weight, but you do NOT have to
Also, let me just say that my pull-ups are assisted. I'm certainly not accomplishing that on my own... YET!
