Let's talk morning routine and starting your day of the right foot... setting yourself up for success from the moment you wake up in the morning.โฃโฃ

First things first... wake and bake๐ŸŒฌโฃโฃ

Judge me all you want, but it helps โฃmy chronic nausea and it settles my stomach ๐Ÿ’šโฃโฃ

โฃโฃ

I wash my face, brush my teeth, comb my hair, andโฃโฃ

โฃโฃ

Meditate! I try to do at least 15 minutes, but even 3-5 minutes of stillness can transform my day! โฃโฃ

I might even do inversions as I find it incredibly relaxing. They also help my low blood pressure and svt by increasing circulation.๐Ÿ™ƒโฃ

โฃโฃ

Then I read. Preferably something motivational or for personal development. I'm currently reading a couple things... Untamed and Moody Bitches. Loving them both so far! Next up is Come As You Are. โฃโฃ

Afterwards, I brew my tea and journal. โฃโฃ

โฃโฃ

About that time Chloe is up and ready to start her online classes. So I make sure she is fed and situated.โฃ

โฃโฃ

Does this happen perfectly every single day? โฃโฃ

Absolutely not. โฃ

โฃโฃ

Maybe some days you want to sleep inโฃโฃ

Maybe you have a crazy busy schedule and get straight to work; thats okโฃโฃ

โฃโฃ

Thats the beauty of being in control of your life... its your life. Make it work for you! Not the other way around.โฃ

Now that gyms are opening back up I'm definitely going to try to get back in there a couple days a week.๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธโฃ

So maybe some mornings I workout, come home, shower, eat, read, and journal... meditating before bed. That's ok too! Do what works for you, your life, your schedule. โฃโฃ

Don't freak out because you're a mom with a million things to do and cannot wake up at 4 am to hit the gym. โฃโฃ

Don't get down on yourself because you're homeschooling and have to skip the gym! โฃโฃ

โฃโฃ

As long as you are happy and healthy, that's all that really matters in the end. โฃโฃ

โฃโฃ

Handle your shit, but remember to take time for yourself. โฃbalance is everythingโฃ
