Typically I do 10-15 reps each. Repeat 3-5 times. โฃ

So that is doing each exercise 10-15 times each, 3-5 different times around. Make sense? โฃ Deadlift to Sumo squatsโฃ Curtsey lunge โฃ Bulgarian split squatsโฃ Calf raisesโฃ โฃ Bicep curlsโฃ Lateral raisesโฃ Chest pressโฃ Overhead tricep extension โฃ โฃ Side bendsโฃ Russian twists โฃ Side plank reach โฃ Jackknife crunchesโฃ
