Sweaty Saturday

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐲 S𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐥⁣ ⁣ I know it's the weekend, but who's hitting the gym?!⁣ ⁣ I know I am!!!⁣ ⁣ I included one of my total body workouts below.

Typically I do 10-15 reps each. Repeat 3-5 times. ⁣

So that is doing each exercise 10-15 times each, 3-5 different times around. Make sense? ⁣ Deadlift to Sumo squats⁣ Curtsey lunge ⁣ Bulgarian split squats⁣ Calf raises⁣ ⁣ Bicep curls⁣ Lateral raises⁣ Chest press⁣ Overhead tricep extension ⁣ ⁣ Side bends⁣ Russian twists ⁣ Side plank reach ⁣ Jackknife crunches⁣
