Self Care and Cannabis

Self care is extremely important and absolutely necessary⁣

So today, I want you to take time for yourself⁣

Do something that makes you happy⁣

Something that eases your mind and relaxes your body⁣

I've included a few ways to incorporate cannabis into your self care practice below👇⁣

🛀Take a bubble bath with a cannabis bath bomb. This can help with arthritis, eczema, pain relief, and muscle relaxation. Ive listed a few on my @amazon store. #linkinbio

🍵Brew some cannabis tea. You can find both cbd and thc versions. Tea can be great for newbies as its typically a low dose. @buddhateas is my favorite.⁣

💆‍♀️Enjoy a cannabis massage with topical creams and/or oils. This promotes healing by targeting deep tissue injuries. @drganja_official has some wonderful products.⁣

🧘‍♀️Medicate and meditate or partake before practicing yoga. This relaxes you in a new way allowing you to dive deeper into your practice, amplifying your mind body connection. @focusvapes is very convenient to take on the go!⁣

There's no limit to what self care practices can be paired with your cannabis use. ⁣
