My Miracle Morning

𝐌𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞🙏⁣


⭐I wake up⁣

⭐I take 3 deep breaths and state 3 things I'm grateful for⁣

⭐I say my affirmations out loud while looking in the mirror

⭐I drink my breakfast tea and journal for 10 minutes

⭐I do 20 minutes of meditation and/or breathwork

⭐I read for 20 minutes

⭐I stretch to warm and get my body moving⁣

⭐I begin my yoga sesh or daily workout⁣
