Do you have a morning routine?!☀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I do! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In fact, this is what I teach in my morning mastery masterclass!💯 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I want to help you develop a kick as morning routine designed with the intention to align your body, mind, and soul. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here is a quick peek at my morning routine: ✨My alarm goes off at 6 am. I rub the sleep out of my eyes and get up instantly. 🌞 ✨Some days I make my bed and some days I don’t, but I do at least pull the blankets up. 🛏 ✨I pee and brush my teeth while thinking about all I am grateful for. 🦷 ✨I wake up Chloe and get dressed. ✨I stretch, do my breathing, and try to get in at least 5 minutes of stillness. ✨While Chloe eats and gets ready, I review my schedule for the day and post to social media. ✨I like writing out everything I have to do including my daily goals. ✨Then I take Chloe to school and hit the gym! ✨I come home hop in the shower and grab something to eat. ✨I check social media and respond to messages and comments. ✨I have also been sharing my daily workouts in my private Facebook group for all of my Feisty Fit Females. ✨Before finally diving into client calls and emails. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ That’s it! Sometimes it may vary a bit, but for the most part that is how I start my day!🌟⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I pick Chloe up from school and help her with homework for about an hour. 👍🏼⠀⠀ We typically eat dinner between 5 and 6 pm. 💞 This allows us plenty of quality time in the evenings together!!! 💞⠀⠀ I also have a nightly routine that I will share another time. 🌃 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do you have a routine or go with the flow? 🤔 Let me know in the comments below!
