Medicated Meditation

YOUR KEY TO ENLIGHTENMENT

Medicated Meditation && Elevated Yoga

Incorporating cannabis can help you relax, allowing you to dive deeper into your practice, amplifying your mind body connection for a truly profound experience.

I had always been curious about meditation, but never really made any real effort into learning about it. It wasn’t until my life began to spiral out of control that I felt like it was crucial.

A few years ago my health began to deteriorate. I was waking up nauseous, always dizzy and incredibly light headed. I had little to no appetite and couldn’t seem to hold anything down anyway. I was in and out of the hospital and constantly at the doctors office. They were doing tests and running lab work, but yet still had no answers for me. I’d missed several days of work and my boss let me go. This caused extreme stress and my anxiety was through the roof. To top it all off, my 2.5 year relationship ended. So now my daughter and I had to find a new place to live, unemployed and bedridden. I was willing to do anything for some relief and that's when I began meditating.

Too weak to hit the gym and still unable to hold very much down, nothing brought relief quite like meditation except cannabis.

Meditation does amazing things for our overall health and wellbeing, as does marijuana. So combining the two is an experience unlike anything else, reducing anxiety and depression while elevating your mood in blissful euphoria. The combination makes us feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Just 5 minutes of stillness and silence with Remedy can help increase creativity and focus. Or maybe try a guided meditation with some Lavender to help you sleep soundly.

There is no right or wrong way to medicate and meditate. You can get spiritual, but it isn't necessary. Do what feels good to you. Honor your practice, your body, and your mind.

Sometimes I sit alone in my closet smoking my stresses away, listening to music. Other times I love getting lost on the trails with a fat blunt and being one with nature.
