How to Keep Your Children Entertained During Covid-19
I got you girl!
Here are 10 indoor activities to help you stay sane and keep those kiddos entertained
Movie night- Ever since Chloe was little, shes enjoyed in home movie nights. We get popcorn, drinks, and snacks... she even use to make little movie tickets. 🎟
Slime party- Who doesnt love slime?! Best part is slime can be made using products you can still find on store shelves like glue, tide, shaving cream, and contact solution.
Crafts- Grab some glue, scissors, construction paper, stickers, glitter, string, and markers... It's time to get creative.
Build a fort- I know we all made forts when we were younger. You gather all the extra sheets and blankets stringing them across your living room, filling it with all the pillows you can find. Something never change and your kiddos will love this. Warning- They probably wont want to take it down.
Nerf fight- Got any nerf guns? Every man and woman for themselves! Good luck on finding all the darts when you're done.
Bake something- This is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Bake something tasty and get a treat when you're done! Last I checked most baking supplies were still in stock in local stores.
Glow party- Another thing Chloe and I have always enjoyed is glow parties. I go to Wal-Mart and buy all their glow stuff. Balloons, wands, rings, necklaces, glasses, and the ring toss game! Also helps save on electricity and gives the tv a break. 😆😂📺
Story time- Read a book, but make it fun... Act it out with your own game of charades or illustrate your own pictures! For that you'll need paper, colored pencils, crayons, and markers.
Family game night- Bust out those dusty board games and gather the family together, it's time for some old fashion family fun and no cheating! We've really enjoyed played Catan lately.
Dance party- Turn on the tv, put on YouTube crank up the stereo, grab your favorite record, and get funky! Get moving and wear those kiddos out.
