Covid-19 Gym Alternative

Are you avoiding the gym to stay safe during this crazy covid-19 pandemic, but desperate to get in a good workout?

No worries. I've got you covered with this in home total body workout to get your body moving and your blood pumping!

Minimal equipment (dumbbell and elastic band) required or feel free to use your body-weight

  • Overhead press

  • Upright rows

  • Tricep dips

  • Russian twists

  • Side bends

  • RDL to Sumo squats

  • Reverse lunges

  • Clamshells

10-15 reps each

Repeat 3-5 times
