But here I am My Saddlebags My Stretch marks My Scars And my cellulite
I wasnt an athlete and didnt play sports. Ive never been a gym regular. I'm in my 30s and I'm a mom. No my body is not perfect, but it is mine I've had cellulite and saddlebags for as long as I can remember I'm still adjusting to the new weight I've managed to gain this year, but am so grateful for how far I've come
I may have been slacking a bit these past couple months, but am ready to go balls to the wall! I plan to- Get back in the gym 5 days a week Meditate daily Do yoga at least 3 times a week Shed some fat and gain some lean muscle
