After sharing "The Basics" earlier this week, my DMs were flooded with questions 🙋♀️
So let's dive a little deeper to help yall get a better understanding on the wonderful world of cannabis and all of the amazing things it can do for you
But before I get carried away and only confuse you more, let's start at the beginning
Indica vs Sativa
What the hell is the difference?
Sativas are uppers
Indicas are downers
Yes, the type of weed you smoke matters!!!💚
➡️Sativas are known for raising your vibrations, lifting your mood, and increasing energy.
They promote a head high.
You might use a sativa before hitting the gym, hiking, socializing, cleaning, or doing any creative work.
➡️Indicas are known for relaxation, calming you down, and easing your mood.
They bring on more of a body high.
You might smoke an indica to stimulate your appetite, get better sleep, or relieve pain.
➡️There are also strains referred to as hybrids which are a lovely combination of the two; however they do tend to be more dominate in one area over the other.
Hybrids promote both cerebral and body effects.
You could utilize a hybrid at any time of day for a variety of activities.
Fun fact: I prefer indicas or indica dominat hybrids.💜
